Next is to bend a 1/4″ strip along the nails, creating the curve of the bottom. Once this is clamped in place, we will mark the plywood for our cut.

BUILDER TIP: Sometimes this method will create flat spots on the curve. This can be caused by several things and can be resolved with “tweaking” the stations. Be careful not to move out of class specification. But what you want is a nice smooth curve.
